Sunday school

We offer Sunday School for all ages at 9:00am every Sunday morning throughout the school year.

Children & Family Events

We offer a variety of events throughout the year for children and families. Check out our Events page to keep up to date on upcoming fun activities!

Safety

All Sunday School teachers and volunteers are required to submit to a thorough background check. In addition, all teachers and volunteers attend a training meeting at the beginning of every school year, when topics such as adult/child ratio, abuse reporting, appropriate bathroom practices, and creating a safe and welcoming environment are covered.

Biblical Teaching

Children and Youth curriculum varies between topics and books of the Bible. In Sunday School, we are currently going through the Gospel Project with our Nursery - 6th grade students.

The Gospel Project take kids on a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture. Kids will discover how the gospel unfolds from Genesis through Revelation. When kids truly experience the gospel, their hearts are transformed. It is the gospel, not good behavior, that changes everything.

Serve

RECC values and promotes a culture of serving. We believe in being the hands and feet of Jesus, and we live that value out in tangible ways. Volunteering is also a great way to get plugged in to the church and make new friends in the body of Christ. Serve by volunteering in the nursery! Or offer to help out during VBS or other family activities! No matter your interest, there are opportunities to serve.
